There were 18 single family homes sold in Swansea area during September 2011 at an average sale price of $273,122 and median price of $241,500. For the same period in 2010, 6 single family homes sold with an average sales price of $310,667 and median price of $280,500.

Volume is up this year by a whopping 200%, while the average price dropped 12.1% and the median price dropped 13.9%.
