There were 20 single family homes sold in Dartmouth during November 2011 at an average sale price of $295,065 and median price of $234,000. For the same period in 2010, 15 single family homes sold with an average sales price of $621,429 and median price of $259,900.

While volume for November was up this year 33%, the median price was  off 10%.  2010 volume included 2 properties sold for $1 million and another waterfront property for $3.6M. 2011 had only one for $1.2M.

There are currently 208 single family homes for sale in Dartmouth, with a median asking price of $399,000, as compared to a year ago when there were 186 homes with a similar median asking price of $399,900.
