For the same 12 month period in 2010, 51 single family homes sold with an average sales price of $306,785 and median price of $290,900.
2011 volume was off 22% compared to last year, while the average price was down 3% and the median price down 4.4% or $12,900.
As of January 1 2012 there were 39 single family homes for sale in Berkley, with a median asking price of $334,900, as compared to January 1 a year ago when there were 24 homes with a median asking price of $379,900.
