Volume was up a significant 25% this quarter, compared to last year, while the median price was off 3.7 %.

There are currently 746 single family homes for sale in the Greater Fall River area, with a median asking price of $229,900, as compared to a year ago when there were 831 homes with a median asking price of $309,900.
