There were 27 single family homes sold in Swansea during the first quarter of 2012 with a median price of $208,000. For the same period in 2011, only 15 single family homes sold with a median price of $252,000.

Volume nearly doubled last years 1st quarter sale and was up by a whopping 80% this year, while the median price was down 17.5%.

There are currently 66 single family homes for sale in Swansea, with a median asking price of $274,950, as compared to a year ago when there were 97 homes with a median asking price of $249,900.
