Sales volume is up a whopping 50% this year over the same period last year, and the median price is up 15.2%!
There are currently 50 single family homes for sale in Freetown, with a median asking price of $314,450, as compared to a year ago when there were 71 homes on the market with a median asking price of $399,800.
As compared to 2011 the first four months of 2012 has been a tremendous period for buyers and motivated sellers. Although the current inventory is down, the lower asking prices and historically low interest rates continue to put those interested in purchasing a single family home in Freetown in a very good position.
